The Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program at Yale University prepares physicians to become leaders in improving the nation's health and healthcare. Through coursework, practical experiences, interaction with healthcare leaders and research, the Program provides opportunities to work across disciplines and think creatively and rigorously about healthcare issues. The unique learning environment of the Program prepares Scholars to generate ideas and test hypotheses, work within communities, participate in policy development, and lead organizational change. In addition to the Yale program, there are Clinical Scholars Programs at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan, and UCLA.
